He's on an old Electone organ. I used matte photo paper, the thick stuff, and glued it with a hot melt glue gun. It's quick and holds good but watch out when it gets on your fingers. I applied all the colors and patterns in Photoshop and arranged the larger sized parts onto three sheets. I had to glue some toothpicks to the back of the guitar to keep it straight. I broke an elbow joint trying to get it to bend that much and had to re-glue it.
